Damn, Dog! Sounds like your re-build was too much fun! You actually got 'er done,

Good job. I just got back from a 2000 mile, I blew the throttle cable at 5000 ft altitude.
Fortunately it was in the only place "good." I was at the full service gas station in Idyllwild. I had a repair kit and two guys to help. Not easy to put on those emergency cable ends,

Such fun,

Riding beats typing every day. I rode in the pouring rain, from Vegas back to San Jose, last fall because I carry gear for everything the bike can take without tire chains.

...bike tire chains...funny :) They don't even make those, I hope.....cause I would try it. :)

My full zip rain suit and custom double wind screen works great for rain, sleet and hail. It's why I got a heavy cruiser. I wanted a 4 seasons bike, I only stop for lightening, or ice.

Like you, I would not head off for a fun day of twisty roads, in the rain,

But, I was in campaign, coming home from Vegas after 2 weeks on the road. Rained out my iPhone GPS, but it came back the next day, after drying out.

no need for prayers, the democrats are introducing a bill to facilitate the better handling of sexual abuse and assault cases on college campuses. so the repubs are either gonna have to say rape or ignore rape.

I am retired from the boat for now and maybe for a very long time. Maybe she will win or maybe she won't who knows but it sounds like it is close. After the total failure of cover Oregon and waste of over 300 million tax payer dollars she just might pull it off.
