Anyone deal with Metterum? The good Doc. signed today and it's a tough call...wait and lose 1-2 months from my yearly script or step over to Mettrum? Any and all advice appreciated.

I gotta chance to see some Mettrum purple kush I think it was. It looked pretty decent and had a nice noise. Buddy who had it had no complaints.

Well if the doc already signed your paper work for Mettrum. If you wait 2 months before registering you we be loosing two months time of your new script. Coz your new script would be effective the day your doc signed I think.

Also you can register with as many lp's as you want if your doc is willing to sign a Separate form for each lp. And you can get your full script with each one...

Ya, I heard the PK was quite fine but that's all I heard. Doc signed and document hasn't been sent anywhere yet. Not paying for more LP's from him. $200.00 a pop. Guess that's why I'm trying to find the right 'one' now. Sucks to have to lose a couple of months but we gotta roll with the punches.

Thanks, buddy!

Hi Big Pauly

Mettrum is a great provider and several people have told me they are happy with them. The only real complaint it the 15g per strain minimum order, which is really only an issue initially until you have a chance to try all the strains and choose the ones you prefer. They will also give you the "street names" of their products if you call and ask.

Delta 9 told me they will have some stock to ship mid May and majority of the others June
Tweed will ship June

Thanks much, friend. I'm on Delta 9's site and am going with them as they ship in May (mid May according to you) and that's a good thing. No real loss of license time and a decent selection of strains. Thanks for the info regarding Mettrum too.

Tweed is hopefully shipping next week. 30th. But they pushed back their ship date many times now

Pushing back their ship dates is what they HAVE to do. They refuse to come clean with what was in those seized shipments and how they were quoted "...we won't be looking to get the product back, it's been over two weeks in 'custody' (*ya right) has caused them to have to triple and quadruple check everything they ship now or they'll go belly up is my guess.

Sorry I worded that poorly.

What I meant was Tweed isn't taking any new customers until June. So in Big Pauly's case if he signed up, no shipment until June.

That is exactly the case.

Hey Pauly....sorry you are having to go thru the newer system.....I would never be patient enough to wait..a month or even a few weeks.
And you are fully on the ball, when you say you just don't trust them....
I'm sure that these bigger Lp's must be weighing the pros and cons of putting out product that is either immature,or not completely ready(cured)
in order to get their cash flow a rollin......but they have to realize that by releasing any mmj to soon, will do way more harm to the company, than any good, a little early cash flow would provide.
They should have also realized by now that, the LP that puts out the very best quality of mmj, will rise to the top of the LP heap, rather quickly, due to the availability of networking choices
that people just like us at RIU, have at our disposal....
So no need for all the hiding behind web sites and unanswered phones....
Transparency keeps all of us patients from speculating,on what they are up to....I'm sure they all will learn the sound business practices,at some point....but
some will not before, the damage has been done....
Would a new mmj patient have a hard time signing on with companies like Mettrum and Tweed...?
I would say yes ,mostly because.....they are after your business, and still don't even have anything to sell....(that they are growing themselves...)
Also if what they were doing ,with the containers, they got caught shipping was all legal like, then why abandon the shipment???
Why not try and get the product you paid for back....?
Either way ,don't you think they should have some explaining to do?
Any of the public (us) who would have tried to ship ourselves mmj across the country, in any size of volume ,would be sitting in a jail somewhere ,awaiting a bail hearing.
Seriously Best of luck to those of you caught in limbo by HC's new venture...
Maybe putting a lawyer on retainer....is the way to go.....so in the event you were to get caught growing for yourselves, you have a structure in place, that will keep you out of jail
since Judges will not go after medical patients....unless they are blatantly trafficking.

I too feel bad for new patients. Being HC's guinea pigs and all for a complete experimental "medical" program. It's a shame it'll be a year or more before the MMPR in it's current form is found unconstitutional. Unless of course Turmel can have marijuana struck from the CDSA end of the month. Here's hoping the fight to free cannabis is over sooner rather than later, for everyone's sake.

Nicely worded, my friend. Thanks for sharing that and I too hope everyone gets sorted with this money hungry bunch of lp's

Looks good! I'm wondering why the buds don't have any 'sugar' on them as they're not 'tumbling' them etc. to steal the trichs for concentrates...or are they?

Thanks for sharing. They'll be my back-up plan.

Just curious. What 'Red' would I need for couch lock (strong stuff) and I think Red #1 is PK is it not?
