i came to my own understanding. murdoch and the rest of the liars did not create my thought process or the insight/conclusions i have arrived at. there are some things we can see eye to eye on.
However, your views on certain things stand no acid tests. For example, you said, and i paraphrase, that southern whites have found that there is no need to hold blacks americans back. The implication is that they fall flat on their faces all on their own. I do not 'buy' that, not for a moment. It is not a truth.
My country is full of successful people of all shades, black included. As is yours. Black AMERICANS (often been here longer than many whites-ie. they have put in their time, in more ways than we can imagine) are doing very well at elbowing their way to the table to get some american pie. As they should. I wish them success.
Have to say. I don't find this argument original as i've heard it in person, face to face, with more than a few 'good ole boys'. You really must try harder.
