Are the fans in the PC box itself or are they in the chest of drawers? Adding a fan to the drawers might help a little with the temps. I had the same problem myself in a box that I use to start seedlings that are going outdoors when they're strong enough. I ended up having to reverse the fan (to blow air in instead of draw air out of the box) and place the box near my window. It brought temps down to normal fast. Good Luck!

see how you have both the pipes going down coming out of the box
you need to take the higher fan, make that exhaust , and use the duct and make it go out and not dip down like that
those tiny cpu fans can't push the heat down the pipe, so if you let the heat rise and use that to your advantage by running the duct at the height of the exhaust you should be in a little bit better shape

Why have a box within a box?You should make the drawers your grow box,get yourself a 4" carbon filter setup so its exhausting straight out the back, and put a couple of grills on the side right at the bottom for passive intake
