Good griddle?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good griddle Or hotplate that keeps constant temps and can fit a 3 gallon vac it pro? Anything helps

Not that I'm aware of, but you can add a clean aquarium sand tray on top and set your vacuum chamber in that, for adequate control.
