Another Noob Question Clones

Hello,

Just wondered i have a mother plant thats about 9 weeks and 2 days old 65 days in total i was wondering my plant only grows as a small plant.

I have taken some cones and was wondering i think my mother plant has stopped growing up tall and started bushing out the way now will my clones grow to the same size as her so i can flower them all at the same time as i only have one tent.?

You can keep your "mother " plant in the vegative stage for many months, if you do that, your nutrients will need to be re-adjusted. Some keep mother for 6 months or more

I have a dumb question, as I have never tried cloning, but what is the purpose of cutting the tips off of the fan leaves? This seems to be common practice, but I'm not sure what the purpose is. Hopefully I haven't hijacked your thread.

You clip the tips off the fanleaves to provide better light penatration to the lower growth of the plant

I got to go with what Markob says. I see that a lot of people say it makes the clone grow slowly while a root system develops.... not sure but have read this a number of times here on Rollitup.
