Hello, this is my first grow I'm currently in week 3 of flowering northern lights from sensi and the issue is that I still can't see any proper flower development. It is healthy and growing but there aren't much flower development..thought about putting it under 12/12 light period and did so with no results.

I can't keep having it to veg and grow since I'm very restricted in space. It did go through a few stress bits when it comes to light but that's about it really.

She just came out of a pure water feed/flush in week 2 and started feeding her ( nova bloom ).

Sooooo any advice?

stop .... dont change the light regime.
unless you want beans ! stick to the program..

best of luck. shes just a later starter and will prob add weight quicker later on compared with some other strains.

Week 3 of Flowering??? Do You mean Week 3 - Total??(if You can't see Flowers) also I have read that some Auto's do need to be put on 12/12 to start the Flowering, simply because they are either not True Auto's OR not very Good Crosses? Can't remember what Strain that was or Where I read it?? Baked!! But I would just stick with your Light regime, like HolyGrail888 says..Not so sure about 12/12 causing Beans though, IDK? 1st lot of Auto's for Me.

Don't forget the stated Days by seedbank/breeder is under Optimal conditions/setups...which Home Growers don't tend to have(well most of us are on a Budget) Also The amount of Light, how far away..etc all plays a part...some(most) take a little longer anyways...well seems to be the case..

Relax n Keep going...

Peace

its true that some autos arent solid enough to always stick to there path and will need 12/12 to flower, but you dont switch the light back at all, it stays on 12/12

if its week 3 total then you wont really see anything just yet, autos are a typical 10 week plant and in my opinion you wont get more bud from doing 3 auto grows compared to 2 regular grows. And unless your strain is a good one then you can expect anything from 3g to 30g a plant, they are a bad choice unless its just a personal smoke.

also, bloom solution feeding schedules are based on the type of plant theyre experimented on... its no good following the schedule on a plant over 8 weeks flower as it will hardly give you a positive result. A friend of mine has a cum laude plant that takes 10-12 weeks in flower and takes bloom nutes at weeks 4 - 6 instead of the bottles schedule of week 2-4. this is something youl need to experiment with.

That's what I've read somewhere that some autos need to be put under these conditions in order to flower , even though I'm pretty sure she's way more than just waiting to show her sex and start with flowering !!

I'm gonna keep going for sure..ain't no stopping now !

Thanks guys for the reply...she sprouted on the 7th of March, so no it's not 3 weeks in total it's basically her 7th week right now from start. Sex has been shown fully around 3-4 weeks ago.

I will stick with the regular light regime I had it one throughout the period (which is 24/0 in my case) and hopefully wait cuz since last week where I started the 12/12 light period with her she extends a lot especially through the dark hours and that ain't good for me.

I'll keep doing what I do and wait with my fingers crossed !!
