Can't argue with that logic. I'll go 1/8 for the first feeding, and if that goes good then 1/4 for second. Especially since miracle gro is known for burning plants. They do look great though, I'd almost say the first time you give em nutes use 1/8 strength. Just to make sure you know? Always better to go low than over and have a terrible burn/die.
Okay, I backed the lights off so they're 2-3 inches away. I never thought that'd be the problem but its definitely worth a try. I am seeing some green growth again in the center of the plants, it's keeping it green that's the hard part. But I will get it eventually damn it!Hey man. Just my two cents but after transplanting them they may stunt for a bit. And dude... I really would back off on the lights to at least two inches! Every inch is critical! At one inch away, they are burning. He'll, go three inches away and see how they do. If they react well to it. Then go a half inch closer. I am almost certain. You could even go four inches away for now so they hAve time to get better. I wouldn't do any nutes yet for sure. I I like your mix( minus the top soil of course . But lights! Right away back that shit off some. And I bet in a matter of days you will see what I'm saying
Thanks dude! Yeah I figured I would lose all the burnt leaves. As long as I get some nice new green leaves however they will not be missed. I mean shit lol they're almost a month (one is almost 2 months) old and they looking like dying 10 day seedlings. Oh well though, I'll never lose this experience.Shit man so am I lol but from my extended research and study, plus from my current grow, the cfls put out a lot of heat... So close to your girls and while the ambient temp may be one thing, your plant is getting fried.
That green you are referring to is new growth. From my experience, new growth is always green as growth in general is a sign of good health. IMO you are going to lose your whole bottom set. That's alright, your new growth is a good sign that things are not that bad. I would not go and do anything radical. Give it time. You are already on the right track if ya ask me
I feel ya on that one. This is my girl outside about a month ago.. When she was 2-3 months oldThanks dude! Yeah I figured I would lose all the burnt leaves. As long as I get some nice new green leaves however they will not be missed. I mean shit lol they're almost a month (one is almost 2 months) old and they looking like dying 10 day seedlings. Nice man. I can only wish mine were looking like that.I feel ya on that one. This is my girl outside about a month ago.. When she was 2-3 months old
