Hi Gang,
I know I can trust you guys so I am sharing my adventures here, and asking for help. I haven't been able to find work for quite some time, and not being a contributing member of society has made me crazy. One night, a few months ago, I was casing a place to steal pull tab lottery tickets when I was approached by some real life superheroes. They made me see the error of my ways and they changed me for the good. I have been a superhero for months and it feels good to be helping again, however, I do it at night, and by day, I still have bad thoughts. It's like I'm bipolar. Please help me through this for one side or the other;....I am torn,...TORN LIKE AN OLD SWEATER.
This is me
Some of the others in our "Justice League"
This is Dov, he makes sure nobody breaks into the diamond stores or a few select delis. He is ok, but when we meet up at Denny's for coffee, he never tips, and usually trys to leave before paying. He says things like "my payot senses are tingling, something needs attention", and he bolts.
This is Curtis, he patrols the days, because he doesn't really fight. He mostly puts coins in expired meters, but he gets in trouble with meter maids. Those conflicts are what he considers his "fighting". A few times, some kids have beat him up and taken his bag full of quarters. He should probably quit.
This is a mother/daughter team. Mom watches the neighborhood all night with binoculars and she won't let the daughter go off the block, but she goes out to
"get a better look" before they call the police. I think the mom has a red phone to the station because they all call her Gladys in a scornful way. They caught some kids lighting firecrackers a few years ago and still talk about their big bust. Kind of lame.
Some of the Heroes dress up as Marvel heroes. It's kind of frowned upon; the posers.
I'll post more later.
