This is another reason why I wanted to try them first. As for my roomie this year, she's a bitch so that's not gunna happen lol. And if I were to grow anything next year I just wouldn't tell anyone what I was doing.

if your growing truffles just need a pc and a jar..... keep it in mind for when you have the oppritunity to do so

In the name of harm reduction it's not advisable to take yourself off a prescription anti depressant for a trip....
With that being said you may find the "magic" very useful I would recommend keeping a benzo on hand and be ready for the time of your life....

I know it's not the greatest idea, but I've been gradually decreasing my dosage (doctor supervised) over the past year. Previously when I was on a higher dosage I still wanted to drink and they interacted poorly so I wouldn't take them a week or two before a party with no ill effects.

as long as your dr is fine with it..im no dr,but an old friend had a seziure on acid once..i blamed the strobe lights and blacklight..the dr said it was an interaction with the lithium he was taking...i still dont know for sure,the hospital was recieving lots of acid related intakes at that point in time,and i think the drs were trying to get the word out about all the "bathtub acid" going around in a negative light.i guess my friends and i were going too hard..lol..point is,be careful...no trip is worth the final one...

I told my psychiatrist (when I had one) that I was taking weeks off of meds and he said it wasn't a big deal because of the long half-life of prozac it still stays in my system so I don't experience adverse effects. I researched interactions with SSRIs and I know acid has a negative interaction, but SSRIs only decrease the effectiveness of psilocybin and there's nothing really dangerous that I've found.

My gf didn't vomit, and is currently having a pleasant experience... She reported seeing the walls breathe, and peppered me with questions while occasionally breaking into fits of laughter.

Ten minutes is sort of short, you might get something but I think you got to try to hold them down for about 20, then it really doesn't matter any more.

yer done then. It is possible that had you eaten mushrooms instead you might have felt something. The active ingredient in sclerotia is very well sealed in the cells of the sclerotia. This is why those things survive the way they do, some say they will grow again after years of being dry - I have never managed to get them to grow after they have dried, but the concept is there. Mushrooms were "designed" to fall apart quickly after they have given up their spores.

The first time I tried the hollandia truffles I struggled for 30 minutes to keep them down. I just could not get that metallic taste out of my mouth and after 30 minutes of fighting it I finally gave in and let the purge happen. Didn't feel crap other then a very slight sense of altered perception of space. My girlfriend also consumed 15g's and didn't trip either. We have ordered truffles a few times from TM and the best trip was off of 15g of Atlantis truffles. The mexicana was good for a 3 hour giggle fit, and the pajeritos are all body buzz with no visuals for me. I did try the hollandia again @ a 22.5g dose and had amazing visuals.
