Should I start over?

Ive had some plants going about a month and they have had a very rough life. I was experimenting with fogponics and it did not go well.

When young plants take a lot of abuse but its then corrected and they begin growing healthy are there problems to expect later in their life such as hermies or low yield/quality?

as long as the lights were not fucked let them keep growing as long as they look good now. yes any time a young plant gets fucked with health issues it will affect yield . noticeable in the best of the best set up. if your average joe you may not notice any difference . but if the light times were screwed up to a point you see them looking like shit then toss them could herm.

Let's not forget that some stressing can actually cause higher potency and higher yield (super-cropping)

If they have new growth and healthy it sounds like they will bounce back. Realistically its about the root system. if it can take in optimal amounts of food you should see decent results. If your roots never form the plant will be scraggly and low yield.

Thanks guys. Ya ill let em go for now. They havnt left veg state and no light cycle issues. Just the nute deficiencies and prob a lack of water from the fogponic experiment. So as they stand right now they are extremely stunted/undersized for where they should be.

Ill let em go in veg a while longer to see if they fully turn around before I flower em.
