I belive the second chart i posted is the older of the 2 and I'm not sure "calcium syrup" ever existed, but who know's I will say that I have Demeter Destiny and use it, but not sure how it compairs to the Syrup...if there is a syrup

I looked a bit and didn't see any pertinant value in that site either way I've never seen that calcium syrup in my local hydro shop... so to me it does not exist...I'm not sure why you would need a calcium syrup in a calcium based nutrient line, but I'm sure its got more to it maybe silica??? If some one knows these answers please chime in I'm feeling lazy :joint:

I think it's something that was done away with. The schedule that has it on it is probably oldest

Hey everyone I notice a problem with my plants today. My plants are 5 weeks in veg and been using the recommended amount on the NFTG schedule. All the plants are real lush green, i get real excited when I enter my room everyday. I was spraying with posidenzyme today and notice some leaves on every plant looked real puffy out of the ordinary from most of the leaves. Also on one of my strains(TGA The void) there were some necrosis spots about half way up the plant. I'm not sure what these issues could be honestly because the plants look so good other than that. I know it's hard to determine with just this post but tomorrow I will post some pics of the leaves, I just wanted to post to see if anyone else had the problem before too.

The first pic is the strain that has some necrosis and I am noticing some discoloration also in some leaves. The second pic is the puffy look on all of my plants. The best way to describe the puffy look is that if your were to cut a leaf off for a day and look at the next day. Almost like a lack of moisture in the leaf.

Are you doing any rinseing between foliar feeds? I've noticed that it really seems to help. I do a rinse after almost every foliar feed, I foliar feed at lights off and rinse a half hour to an hour before lights on. Try it, I noticed a few dead burnt looking spots on my leaves when I was foliar feeding heavily, once I started rinsing the necrosis seemingly stopped.

On another note the bloom khaos seems to be pretty rough on the plant in my opinion, especially if you don't have plenty of calcium for the plant to use, make sure your regularly feeding with Hurclean harvest while your foliar feeding other wise you'll have some really weird twisted growth...or lack of growth in some cases..

bloom khaos is the only thing I have tried out of the lineup that I actually use and like. FYI haven't gotten round to running the base and other supps but like the bloom khaos the end of week one flower.

Hey thanks Ill give it a try. I haven't used the bloom khaos in veg yet just the posidenzyme, but I haven't rinsed it off after I foliar fed. Thanks for the advice!!

I just did a soil slurry test, my ph was fine right around 6.3. My ppms were around 900, could that be the issue? Im in the 5th week of veg nearing the 6th, when I feed the ppm's are usually 600-700 so that's why I was wondering why it would be around 900. I did a HH and Olympus up flush yesterday so I wonder what the ppms were prior to the flush.

kings, when i had spots that looked like that it was the top of the plant. and i got it right about the same time, late veg early flower. my plants were not getting potassium do to the low ph of my cheap soil. i would do these tests and post results.

This gives us a general living environment for our root systems. With the Nectar line, the ideal conditions would be a pH in the mid 6's and PPM's between 200-400. Any PPM exceeding 600 or higher will result in protein and calcium lock out. If your slurry is not in the ideal range, administering a flush with the Herculean Harvest and Olympus up adjusted to balance the salt or pH issues. IE..... if the pH in the slurry is 5.5 then doing a flush with a pH of 7.0 will buffer the organic acids in the medium, allowing for calcium to absorb into the root zone again. Or if the PPM's are over 1000 i the slurry, using 3-4 TBLS of Herculean Harvest pH to mid 6's will tie up the slats more aggressively as well as give them a calcium boost that will re-stimulate nutrient uptake. If the leaves look like this towards the bottom of the plant, this means that the plant is taking potassium from the older leaves and relocating it to the new growth. If it is occurring in the new growth, then there is not enough potassium present at the time of feeding. This is where Poseidonzime would help. tPoseidonzime is a north atlantic sea kelp. Any Liquid seaweed will work to help fix and prevent this issue.

oh you did alreADY. YOUR PH IS FINE, PPMS SHOULD BE BETWEEN 200 AND 400, AT 600 CONCIDER YOURSELF LOCKED OUT. CONGRATS YOU FOUND YOUR PROBLEM. FLUSH WITH 2 TBS HH PER GAL WATER PHED TO LIKE 6.6 OR 6.8 AND YOUR GOOD TO GO. YOU CAN FEED 24 HRS LATER IF YOU LIKE. I WAIT 48 THO :)

Haha thanks prophet, I emailed scott too. Told me to flush too and exactly what you said about my ppms should be 200-400. Im going to do another flush tomorrow if they're still high tomorrow.
