Not really seeing any real progress with what I have. Is 2 800 lumens 5k and 2 900 lumen 65k cfls too much for a 2 week old?
I'll be honest and say the other day when I was going through this entire post I compared the two of us and thought man this dude would be absolutely killing me if he had the same light. I then and still can't wait for you to get a solid light because you will see results. As far as growth I'd flash a pic. Mine stay pretty dormant for about a week, then grow their second set of leaves. After that it's pretty yawning but at about week 4 is some stretching.

Honestly I look at my plants all day when I'm home. So for me to see new growth I go to this thread and compare pictures.(also why I post them after every feeding) going through them shows some pretty good growth and comforts my anxiety of if I'm doing a good job.

Man I'm just as experienced as you. I contacted them today interested in ordering another asap.

I've only used cfls and that was very short because my LED came in.. I will say with this LED I've had no issues yet(knock on wood). I've used it for sprouts instead of t8/cfl and also for vegging. DCo is more knowledgeable on your question.

When I hit full power when I first got it I wasn't blinded(like I thought would happen). So it did raise a little curiosity on it's power.

I've never used HID but man this is pretty simple. Just hang it to manu's rec'd height and watch em grow. My electric bill has raised more from my aquarium lights than the LED. It gives off virtually no heat.. I'm super happy so far

Nice I think I'll begin my research on it so that I'm ready. I'm hoping I can still get something from this cfl grow.

My plan was to buckle down and pay the 575 for the light.. then use my first harvest to pay for a few more. I didn't want to invest that much money into maybe growing something. . If your plants need more light they will tell you. So until you see those signs I wouldn't worry!

Same here. Only thing is I can't seem to get past day 14 so now I am getting anxious at the fact the I am unsure weather or not she is growing. Odd little one as well. She has 2 true leaves and 2 more tiny nubs growing out the center. Now I see another growing out from behind the first set of leaves after the cots.

Throw some pics man! In no way should you feel like they're not welcome!!! They're pretty resilient and as long as they're good in color I would assume they're focusing on roots.

Also, she is very flimsy. Flailing around like If I am running around with the solo cup in my hand. And yes she does have a fan ("for strengthening her stem").

mist her 2 times a day morning and afternoon. looks like she is growing roots so give her some bloom nutes. 1/8 strenth with 1/8 vef nutes and 1/2 tablespoon molasses next watering.ignore the half dead leaf. she is eating it for nutes so she can grow roots. and how far up and what kind of light you got again?

water unless you have a nice tea for it. 2 times a day is to remove all dust and help the top get more water. if you have coco water then add 1 tbl to spray bottle. you can even mix your next feed up and then fill spray bottle 1/4 full then finish with water. if you have city water dont use it right away put 4 gallons in a bucket or so over night to let chlorine evap.
