She'll stuck on seedling, now pale with brown spots.

One of my four newly sprouted Heavyweight Fruit Punch seedlings had some trouble dropping the seed shell. After five days I finally got it removed, but what was covered by the shell is now pale with some dark brown spots on the sides. There has been no progress since she popped through the soil, and none since removing the shell (1/2 two days ago, and the other 1/2 last night). I'm not sure if she'll make it, and am looking for any tips to help her out before I remove her. I have Earth Juice grow, bloom, catalyst, meta-k, microblast, cal/mag, and some hygrozyme. I have no clue if any of those could help. Right now she's in some Roots organic soil with some EWC, perlite, and garden lime. Any help would be appreciated. It'll be fine. I had one that came up with both baby leaves dead and only half of only one single adult leaf. Now she's a really nice bush. In leu of her nonexisting baby leaves I gave her a normal 1/6 res dose of fertilizer. It took her about a month longer than healthy seeds but I'm totally happy that I went through the extra effort. She's producing a whole new set of useable shoots weekly and really healthy.

I've seen these go both ways. They are very delicate at this age and taking the shell off manually can harm them, but at some point if you don't take it off they will also die. I think you made the right call and now you just have to wait and see if she opens up.

Same project here, trying to baby an entire pack of bad beans into a bush. I've done it before with these beans, what a pain but the smoke is simply off the charts...so gotta have it!.

To OP: Seed shell remaining on sprouts generally indicates your planting depth was too shallow.

I planted all four the same depth. This was the only one to struggle since germination. I figured it was the runt of the four, but I will definitely remember this the next time around. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed right now.

So this morning I see that of the first two smooth leaves that open up from the shell one is dying off. It has shriveled up and has turned a light brown. The leaf on top is still a very pale green and has made no attempt to open up. It's still curled over the other dying leaf. It Appears that she's dying off, but very slowly. I'm still going to wait, but if there's anything nutrient wise that may help I'm all ears. Thanks again for any input.

edit: I'm brewing some EJ grow, microblast, and catalyst. 1ml/gallon. If no progress or more regression by tomorrow morning I will be giving a light feeding of this. Love learning through experience!
