I should say I never tried cooking my burgers in anything but a frying pan. Colour one side, flip, then straight in the oven or under the broiler(salamander?) Depending on cooking point.

That's the way I do it so glad to know I'm doing it right

I have a gas grill, and it makes some damn mean burgers.

I have some thick ass pork chops....

Marinading in a vinaigrette (EVO and White wine vinegar) with parsley, basil, and thyme, and old school mustard.

Gonna do some fingerling potatoes, and some carrots maybe? Not sure yet.

I'm a cook, and I'm in culinary school. So, hopefully I will be a chef but not quite yet.

You could have fooled me with those filo/salmon parcels, I have been thinking about them since, I would happily move in with you and Don Gin

Random salad, iceberg lettuce, tomato, carrot, apple, marble cheese, and a basic vinaigrette. Baked potato (my favorite!), and a center cut, butterflied porkchop.

trust me i have my shining moments as well as my glorious f*ck ups. made bolognese drunk last night. turned the heat off and set an alarm to wake me to turn the pasta off and slept through it. thank fully the missus only went out for 45 mins or there could have been dire consequences!!!

I put waaaayyy too much dressing on the salad, lol. It was swimming in the bottom... lol

How do you make your taco dip? I take it you leave out the ground beef? lol I amke a mean 7 layer dip with guac, and some other stuff!

i mix vegan cream cheese with vegan sour cream and salsa and a bit of seasoning, spead it on the bottom , add more salsa , fresh lettuce, tomatos, avocados, black olives and green onions, and top it with shredded vegan cheese
