cfl first grow help

i have been using 3 60w cfls, and a 2 foot grow tube at 15w, i have 3 plants that are 13 days old that are about 3 inches and keep falling over because the stalk is so skinny... they are on 18/6 schedules. the lights are an inch and a half away from the sprouts. when should i start to fertilize and give em nutes? they are bagseed so i dont what strain. how do i get a better female out come?

Stake them up, and get a fan.
Wait a couple weeks for nutes.
For a better female outcome, buy feminized seeds or clone.

put one into an early flowering cycle 12/12 to see if it's a female then just use it as your mother and clone away

you can also have a fan blowing directly at plant this will make the stem stronger

well are you using 3 60w equivilent, cause it sounds like you dont have enough light also

get 3 40w cfl's (ACTUAL 40W) per plant at least and you will be good for now

Not themselves, I don't think. But they lay their eggs in your soil which is never good.
