Peat pot alert! The peat pots are so crap but you will find that out when it comes to re potting.

peat pots are way better than rockwool or any other substrate combo for clones in my opinion. the roots grow straight through the substrate and pot, i use coco. they are all natural and they dont need ph treatment or anything, just fresh water in plain coco and hormex no.8 powder("for hard to root plants") is the cheapest and most effective (99% success) cloning method BY FAR, all these guys throwing away money on these flashy gels and ridiculous cloning machines( that you HAVE TO BABYSIT) are just wasting money and time, this is after running almost every method(except tissue culture!!) the hormex no.8 makes roots grow out of mid air into the soil, with a properly humidified dome, seriously. I have had 100% success in less than 14 days on a full dome of clones

anyway, transplant again once you have roots coming out the bottom. then transfer to a smart pot or fabric pot that is similar, plastic pots are your enemy, especially indoors.

True it all depends on the quality of jiffys as well and putangluv just fuck off think your all hard and shit wasteman can't even read... I don't use jiffy's for a reason and that is everyones personal choice just let the OP decide what he wants to do.

Whats coco by the way? i keep seeing it around this site but no one explains. what kind of soil should i move to? and should i really just throw the jiffy pots in with my new larger pots. i feel like i should cut them out with a scissor so they dont have to fight to get through. and ive seen pics were some havent broken down completely

Coco is for hydro so you don't need to worry about that.

Coco stand for Coconut Coir it is mostly used for passive hydro...
I use Coco/Perlite and find it to be the easiest way to grow... Plus no bugs like in most soil you buy...

Don't cut the jiffy/peat pots.. Just plant them in a larger pot with preferred medium the roots will grow through the pot resulting in the least amount of stress to the plant during transplant...

That plant needs,water,the medium looks really dry.
