It sure isn't optimal. That 65% is probably gonna get you later on in flowering, in the form of bud rot. Especially if you grow some super thick indicas. Also, the humidity will get higher as plants get bigger.

Hey man, I have been battling the same. Make sure there is no standing water, one of the drip trays I am using is sectioned into 5 compartments, and one is around the back where I'm not able to see unless I move everything around, I made sure to extract all that water and the RH went from 80% back to 65% now. As mentioned, larger indica colas are more prone cause of their size and amount of moisture, aside from that, just wipe away (with your finger) any powder mold that may show up, and keep a good circulation going in your tent, have a fan blowing around the tops to keep the hot air in circulation, long as it does not raise your temps, I would do that, and we'll be seeing some loverly flowers soon bro.

Dehumidifier effectiveness drops with room temperatures. Cold air holds less water thus just cooling air raises the relative humidity. Keeping dark temps from dropping too low will help eliminate your humidity issues. Space heaters are often required in cool basements during dark to keep temps up for the dehumidifier / rh.
