Greetings all you RIU members. I want to know why this great site turned into another POS pot site, controlled by a few that are basically thought police, and actually do little else. One example of the change is that likes were eliminated, which had helped to show newbies what was worth listening to, and what wasn't. The likes were a major reason that I liked this site, besides the political funny pages and the archives, which likes were also eliminated in. WTF? I'm sorry to see this site become something that really isn't that much fun anymore. It's depressing, and I am pissed. It's time for a bowl. Peace out

Lol most of you guys prolly don't even remember before likes existed on this site. Sure they were nice, but thats not how you tell what is good or bad information. You need to actually do real research to be able to tell the good from the crap.

What I noticed was that a lot of the posts that had "like" attached to them were either very funny or very imformative. The "like" buttom also helped writers stay more in tune with the audience.
