I've seen people use em before, although I personally never haveAdro, just curious is there a reason you choose clear cups? Figured that's bad for the roots once it gets more established andwell rooted
Can you put something next to the cup so we can tell it's a 16oz cup???thanks...........just never seen those ridges on regular solos.
Hope this helps clear up the size of my cup
I have posted all my updates early in the week, I didn't mean to do it wrong! But if it's no problem I'd like to do it that way because these girls stay all by themselves on the weekend when I leave.
When I clearly explained using 18 oz cup filled to below the 16 oz mark, I was severely admonished. That photo proves nothing. Jimjim has made it clear: true Solo 16 oz cup or DQ. "Rules is rules, and parts is parts". If Schroominns' cup is approved, then so should mine be.

Ummm, are you trying to get more airflow? Either I put too much keef in my latte, or your training fans.

He's always used a 16oz cup since the beginning, just never saw ridged solos before and asked for the pic...........he put a bic lighter next to it for a reference in size to confirm it is indeed a 16oz cup. Hope this clears it up for you..........be safe
So I added like a tablespoon of worm castings to the bottom of each of my 16oz.
You are lifting your plantz out to do this? Transplanting? Or you are putting worm castings underneath your cups..to encourage roots outside the cup?
Please explain Sandy..

Oh and slight update:
Maybe I'm giving my secrets away but its all about learning right? So I added like a tablespoon of worm castings to the bottom of each of my 16oz. and topdressed with a tablespoon too that was yesterday and today they look healthier somehow??? Oh and of course they needed another watering today too. LOL
I second the worm castings. I swear by them, and use them in every grow!
I top dressed mine this past week with castings as well. Gotta fill the cup.![]()

Got some seeds germinating. Bought these before I realized the drama behind them.
