ty. im not as good as allot who are on here or was. since the server issues allot who used to help are not. so im trying to help. i do know what i know from years of experience. im new to indoors that means the lights. i know soil. ill be making my own again this summer when i get a worm farm up and running. Ill put every 420 soil out there to a contest. but right now i used what i had since i dont work in the winter and am poor. rookie mistake i made was thinking some organic nutes i had was still good. it wasnt. i lost ground. but im not worried this is a refresh coarse for me. i can grow just about anything and have. i need big lights what i have is pieced together from small budget and a few friends. ill post pics on another thread this is for the solo cup.I'm going to do 12/12 from seed but in April- I hope I get some good results... Ho hum, another Saturday. It means another update from me. You will note that two contestants are absent from this week's line-up. They have been withdrawn after the appearance of nuts. I've put them into the corner of the tent for the next day or two, while I set the isolation cab up to finish them off for pollen. I'm quite sure these two are the ladies of the lot, and I'll be forced to make my decision by next week's update, narrowing down to my final horse to race with. I was hoping to see (smell) which of the phenos each represented, as there are two distinct ones, and the Atomic NL leaning one can display some sexy finishing leaf colours...I can tell which way they'll lean by the smell.

Hey culos look at that white sheet someone cleaned up huh? Lol I still got all that shit in the corner I just moved where I took the pics. Just gave them some nutes today and water. I can ignore them for a day or so now. I'm getting a 300w 7 band led in a week or so (NOT using it on these) but I think it would be interesting to see the difference so I might try another dwc under that light and see. 7 nodes tall the leaves look dwc with a touch of the black Russian leaf shape, which was more star shaped and jaggedy edges which I see here. Dwc had most of the leaves pointing straight forward with two little ones going to the side. I've got a terrible sinus congestion, and I can't tell much smell (my ww in veg smelled amazing but I can't smell this one without cutting it and I don't want to cut any leaves off) think it's been 5 days since last updated and don't want to risk it

Stuck in wet soil on 2/5/2014. Picture taken today 2/23/2014 The bud pic is of one of my plants which has purpled. I will solo cup the same strain side by side with my flowerings, so it is 12/12, just to be clear. Too bad there is no way to enter aroma into this competition! Smells like a grapefruit orchard in here!!
The two on left are 100% indica Papaya. Two on right on 3:1 Sat:Indi Kaya
Soil is Bumper Crop straight out of the bag with a bit of perlite added.
Dyna Gro foliage pro and bloom per maker's instructions begun with yesterday's watering
, and fresh coco water beginning at first sign of flower.
Lights: household LEDs combo mostly 2700K...some 5000K, total 215, with lenses removed.
Also a pair of UVB fluorescents and a far red 20 minute sunrise and sunset (go ahead...laugh)
For sticklers, those are 18oz cups filled to below the 16oz mark. I will probably take the best two and grow for yield, but one of these will be my competitor.
Did I leave out any required info? Please tell me and I'm happy to comply.
I'm not a fan of trash talk, but being as it is the language of today's everyday wise-ass, I offer this now and only this once; trash talk is worth its namesake, and nothing more. I don't waste time or energy on it.
I'm a relatively novice grower with incredible results, leading me to believe this is not that difficult. Thankfully, there are many experienced and generous people who have shared their knowledge to help make it easy here on RIU. Happy growing, everyone!

You are right Psu. Please everyone use only 16oz cups. When are you jumping in Psu.I don't like this at all..............IS IT THAT HARD TO USE A 16OZ CUP!!!!...............will save us the drama down the line grower.
