Ever seen "bait car?" it is almost always a black person taking the bait.

Pretty bad staging I'd say. For all we know the street people were actors, cued up. If the black guy had been doing that in a black hood no one would have said a damn thing about it.

That's one thing about blacks I don't understand, how they can be so dishonest to give a pass when one of their own is involved in lawlessness. Jesse Jackson comes to mind (stealing funds from his church and funneling them to his mistress)...... and probably the best example is OJ Simpson. Yes, a cop drove by the white dude. But a cop did not drive by the black fellow. Someone thought he looked suspicious, and called 911 saying their was a car theft in process.

This "poisoned the well" so to speak. There was no pre conceived notion of car theft when the cops drive by. But upon approach to the black guy, the idea had been implanted that it was a car theft.

I would suspect that if someone had called 911on the white guy the response would have been similar.

even if history never happened and blacks just had to overcome the obstacles they face today with none of the burden of america's ugly history, they'd still have to put out twice as many resumes to get the same amount of interviews, they'd still be pulled over, searched, and arrested at higher rates, they'd still get tougher sentences for the same crimes, and no small number of other little handicaps in every day life.
