As he is the one who introduced me to this strain,i will dedicate this grow to him.I'll give my best shot and make those genetics shine like they should.This run is the 2nd and will be much better than the previous.I'll be monitoring quite a few strains this time to decide what to keep and what i like.

My set up..
Lumatek 400w dimmable digital ballast -
Lumatek 400w HPS 56.000 lumen
125mm intake fan from a window
125mm outake fan
A soluble solution of 10-3-7 npk + micros will be used.

x5 Dj short's bluebies..regs of course.No sprout yet.24 hours in a glass and 2 day in paper towels.Got a nice taproot in everyone of them.Pics tomorrow.Day 1 when they sprout..!!

That's an F2 cross i got my hands on..It's coming from the Indica blueberry.I'm eager as well mate.Let's see how it goes..!!

It's a beautiful strain and has a wicked couchlock high. Qroox, if you drop the temps (by using iced water and/or air con) you can get a really dark purple and the trichs make it look like it snowed :)

Man that sounds great..!! Purple or dark purple ? Man wish i did this during winter.I would definitely hit that..!! I've read also that with a big temp difference..let's say 30C in the noon but 10C at night,you do get the same effect..or you might get it depending on the strain.Will definitely check it out..!!

man i'm feeling anxious already..can't dissapoint you guyz..!! i'll be going for tall plants,4 colas,and i might be able to fit 8 or 9 plants in my tent.Gotta see that..i'll definitely keep blueberries pollen and a mother..!!

thanks to blitzed and groox for asking and answering the question I forgot to ask, which DJ Short Blue was it? Im tempted to buy both so I know I got the right one but @ over 100 bucks a pack... it'll have to be one or the other or one at a time at least....

My friend eastcoastMo above has grown it before..Well he said that it's pure quality.I'll have to wait and witness it myself :D

as have I mate and to me she was the Holiest of Holy Grails. Not before or since have I grown, bought or smoked anything that couchlocked me so bad. Im a mildly experienced grower but vastly experienced smoker and it mullered me. took no cuts and was gifted the clone so that was that had 4 plants in a 1.2m tent in 25L pots, vegged for 6 weeks and flowered for nearly 9, I like amber trichs, yielded 14oz of top shelf meds. I so hope you have a similar pheno to that one I had.... to best of my knowledge, his genetics are quite stable so you shouldn't be far away....

Thank you sir..!! i'll be doing the same for this run as well.I need that heavy artillery right now.. :D. I always like a good smoke to sleep with.And man i just can't wait to see those new sprouts.14oz of a 1.2m plant..Sounds like a very good yielder..Did you top or anything ?I'll probably go 50/50 amber..And perform a second harvest..( if the one i already do goes well ).If not,more pop corn to make hash with :).I just got my 14lt pots.Would you say they're small ? I was thinking 5lt pots for veg and 15 for flower..man i might have to change the quantities ?

I like to flower in larger pots as im under the illusion more roots more bud lol, seriously tho, I think 14s would be fine as you have 5 of them, my current grow, (in my sig) I vegged in 7 inch pots then into 18L for more vegging and training before they go into finishing pots of 30L 2-3 weeks before I flip em.
the bluberry in pic was one of mine i spoke of and they weren't topped or trained in any way but I did have 4 x 6ft trees, (In a 6ft tent), with little popcorn due to lollipopping. for 50/50 amber youre looking at 9 weeks 12/12, obviously if similar pheno to mine.

I wasn't that clear before* pardon me.I've asked that jumping from 5lt vegging pots to 15lt pots to flower isn't a huge step and that 15lt pots will suffice for 1m tall plants,am i correct so far ?(I think 14s would be fine as you have 5 of them) - actually i have 8 :D .And now it just came to my mind to grow vertically.My 1.5m * 1.5m * 2m tent would be great for that.The space that is used and the light is absorbed 100%.I don't really like how my rectangle hood fits in there.I lose 30-40cm of grow space.I'll go with Vertical ,it's decided.I'll set up everything tomorrow. I have a day off.Hang on guyz..!!

Also i've read that more root/leaf mass = more bud which is pretty common sense to me.9 weeks are good.If it's that heavy even a little amber would put us down..:D .Just can't wait :)

Mate, that is one fine specimen you grew, very similar in stature to how mine were!
Top shelf meds is right too, totally knocked my head off and the relief from my anxiety was instant :)
