First grow, stealth style

Here is how I clone when in soil. Also in a peat pot, all I had...

Cover, little space to breathe and mist every other day or so..

Hell yeah, cloning in a cup of water rocks. I have 95% success with that method. Only one advice - It's better if move them away from direct light.. they will root faster. Maybe build a small cardboard shed or something.. :eyesmoke:
You just mist them a few times a day? I remember reading indirect light was best. I would put them in the window sill but I have 3 cats. Lol. I can rig a cardboard shield easy. The cfls are about 12 inches from them too.On a side note, tomorrow I'm making beer can reflectors for my flower cabinet!

Nah I only start misting them after they have rooted and I put them in the soil already. Keeping it simple!

Indirect light is best and a little bit of warmth but not too much....I actually mist the JUST the plastic bag over top not the cutting itself. The baggie also has the corners cut out just a bit to allow air exchange. Once every other day or three, just when I notice there isn't anymore droplets. This keeps humidity high and the leaves uptaking while the roots are still trying to develop.

Then when they root, I actually don't spray and take the dome off for a couple of days and then transplant.

That's just what works for me.

Beer can reflectors in full effect! These are going to help get some light in the corners. I also put mylar on the ceiling. I plugged a light into oneof these, plugged it into the wall with the reflector on the bottom so I could look at it. It was bright as the friggin sun. I still see spots...lmao

reflectors in full effect. I had to douse some of the lights to get and ok picture. i am having to lst and/or supercrop daily to keep them even. The lights are about 16" from the bottom and most buds are a couple inches below lights.

I guess this has kind of turned into a first grow journal by a newb who isn't afraid to experiment and not take this shitt too seriously!
Anyway, after looking through so many other journals and seeing how fast these bitches grow, I am thinking I should have only kept two and scrogged. So I guess technically since I have 4 plants in a mini SoG. Anyway, I'm going to flip my veg cab to 12/12 after my clones have rooted. Then swap them to the big cabinet, when I harvest these 4. I have no idea when they will be reday, so I am guessing 8 weeks from the flip. I will start rotating based on that. So when these clones are a month from roots, I will cut more and put them on a clone shelf I made. So every 3 or 4 weeks I should harvest, move clones that have been 12/12 for a month into the big cab and move new clones that have been vegging for 2 weeks into the smaller cab for a month, then keep rotating.
Eventually I may add an autoflower in.

some pics of the girls this morning.

Group shot. The two on top are the first two I put in. The bottom two are the little ones that are about 2 weeks behind. They are growing fast since I switched them to smart pots.

Buds showing everywhere! Between those top two in the group photo, there are over 25 buds!

Thank you! I have never seen a bud that wasn't cured before. This is so exciting! lol
I ordered some seeds today. I got NL feminized auto, blueberry kush and I can't remember the other. It was free, though.

Great news! One of my clones in the tap water has 2 little roots on it! I don't know about the ones in soil yet. I will give them all another week, then transplant, veg a week or two, cut clones and flip. My little seedling is doing great too. It already has 4 nodes and the leaves are nice and lush. I should be on track for a two to three week perpetual harvest. Hard to tell because its bagseed and I've never grown before.

Anything I need to watch for headed to harvest? I'm in MG MC and a bit of MG potting soil from transplanting. I'm thinking of hitting them with a 1/2 strength feeding of MG Bloom Booster once a week starting next week. I have NO idea how much longer they will grow. I am also starting to think about flushing, but someone said you couldn't really flush soil. I need to do more research....

Clone update...everything rooted!!! Soil and tap water. I picked the best 3, transplanted them and transplanted this 2 week old seedling from some REALLY good bagseed. I'm going to veg them a few weeks, cut clones from them then flip them to 12/12. That should give me a harvest every 3 weeks. Depending on yield (which should get better after a few grows), I may just do a few grows then play with autos, as that may be enough to keep me in meds.

Thats looking nice man, my first grow was stealth but now i just use my old airing cupboard :P and cant wait to see the final result

We be scroggin!!! No more taking them out every day.

I still have about 5 or 6 inches I can go up with the lights. They are slightly too high right now for 2 of my plants, but they will stretch.

Latest scrog picture....somehow two plants got seeded. I can't find any male flowers or bananas, but then again I can't really get them out easily either. I'm just going to check the best I can and spray the plants and box with water everyday to try to keep pollinating to a minimal. On a good note, I managed to get two GOOD clones, one sativa and one indica. I now realize i would have been better off with just two plants at a time instead of four...
