The Left, Their Love Of Regulating And Their Hatred Of Capitalism

WE are all subject to the Peter Principle. If I am smart enough and lazy, then I will likely find ways to do things the most efficeintly. If I am industrious and stupid, then I will do things as they have always been done, working longer and harder hours in order to get them done - no innovation there.

Twenty industrious but not too smart guys figured they would dig a hole and so they worked and worked mornng till dawn till the hole was dug.

The smart man, all by himself, hired a bucket tractor, filled it with fuel, had that very same hole dug in half the time and at half the cost.

But you seem to admire the 20 over the 1.

I don't.
I think you missed my point. If digging a hole for a swimming pool, it does not take one of great intellect to see it could be done quicker and cheaper by renting excavation equipment, rather than hiring a team of guys with shovels.

I said that those who reached high levels weren't stupid, but the weren't the smartest guys on the planet either. And I don't mean that in a pejorative sense. They were average or slightly above average intelligence.

Obviously some level of sophistication is required to run a business. But one does not need to be an Einstein to do it.

Dude, the majority of young "intellects" these days have wasted tens of thousands of dollars and four to six years of their lives on a piece of paper that's not worth wiping their ass with. I can't tell how many guys I know with worthless degrees who are reduced to working at Home Depot to Radio Shack. All that time, and they're stuck at an entry level position at a big box store with $70k in student loans to pay back. They're fucking miserable and pissed off at the world, that precious psychology or english degree has failed them,

The only thing these intellects can hang on to is, how brilliant they can tell their friends they are, and displaying their grammar prowess on political forums. They're not interested in hard work and paying their dues, its all about retribution, and blaming those who have what they lack, success.

It is very important that the right find as many ways as possible to hate those who are intelligent, or thoughtful, or comprehending of the world. There must be no perfection in this world they create for us all, there must be only the select few who you could go out and have beer with. There must never be an intellectual class distinction. We must make sport of those who can speak well, write well, teach well. There is no value in that art degree or that music degree or that philosophy degree, only business and a few of the hard sciences are worth anthing to America.

And in the end, you get exactly what you want. A crude, inhuman place, a world of wealth in the pocket but none in the soul of man. You would have been far more pleased had we all been neandrothals rather ann sapiens.

sirgreenthumb lives in a tiny apartment.

beenthere won't even agree to meet me because it would blow his cover.

NLXSK's services are worth less than a dude with a lawnmower and a rake.

you are a sandwich maker at subway.

pardon me if i don't take life lessons from a bunch of bitter, miserable racist failures like you guys.
I thoroughly enjoyed this comment. "like"

Me and a fellow RIU'er were having a beer the other night, we were talking about how fucking fun it would be for you to have a drink with. I told him that you and I were supposed to meet up over Christmas but I was in Boston. I took him out shooting too. Good times.

You should head down here again. I'll leave a t.v. for you to blow up.

no doubt a euphemism for gay sex.
Considering it was a comment about having a job there is no surprise that it flew completely over your head.

You should speak about what you know...

Damn, this place would be nice and quiet then.
