ok, id say fuck the screen for now lol that can be added later.lets start off by germinating that seed mate...place seed on moistened kitchen towel role thing, fold over then place in a zip lock bag n partly close it then put it in a dark place like a shoe box or drawer then wait a day or 2 then place tap root(little white yolk that comes out of seed) facing down about half an inch into soil, lightly cover n water...OR if ur more patient...seed--> soil--> job done both work id prefer the straight to soil as your less likely to disturb the taproot. Smallest pot you can find will do U mate just don't start her in a 6ltr or something like that as you want the plant to develops the best rootmass possible... as for the light keep it as close as you can...place ur had directly under the bulb n use that as a reference point..if it burns ur hand it will burn ur plant n make sure U have a little fan pointing over the canopy so that it cools the bulb that bit n strengthens the little ladies stems n lower risks of PM n mold. ..im sure others will pop in n add to this.So Ive decided to grow using the scrog method using a 70w hps bulb and 1 white widow plant,my measurements are 35x35x80cm(suggest different size if more suited) and the question I have is,i know the net has to be 20cm above the plant pot,the bulb has to be 20cm above the net. So how do I start to grow a feminized seed? Should I ignore the screen at the start and keep the light 4 inch distance away from the plant until I change it to flowering stage and start training them? Also,how far should the 70w bulb be away from the net during flowering stage? And lastlyWhat size pots should I start with and do I need to change them later on ?

Pretty much the same as everyone else.
