Can I train and go into flowering?

So I had a case of Spider Mites, and was avoiding maintaining my scrog during this time. My plants have shot up through the scrog a little too much, and I'm wanting to go around with floss or whatever and bend everything over,
kind of forming an oval around the mesh, BUT... I am also running out of room, so I need to get into flowering asap!

Is it ok to do such a heavy training session, and then go into flowering?

Id wait a week or so just to make sure everything went as planned. But it shouldn't hurt to dip right into 12/12.
