if thats what they are testing for, they can leave things out of the tests, its happened to me. i used to get benzos and the doctors had to test me and my main doctor said that i had none in my system and it was because the other doctors said that whatever i took didnt show up on the test so i had this big debate with my therapists and doctors about how i wasnt selling them and i needed them (i really needed them, selling them would be dumb even if you could make like 50 bucks or so) i needed them so finally i got them back so try to use this post as of some help sir..peace and love

unless it is court ordered to turn in results for the purpose of probation/investigation you have nothing to worry about. Doctors work has some kind of confidentiality clause built into it.

They wont say anything except to the patient unless it is life threatening.

Cannabis is an anti-inflammatory but I don't think it would show up on a blood test as an anti-inflammatory.

Does she take a lot fo Ibubrofin? (Advil, Motrin, NOT Tylenol)

Ibuprofen (INN) (IPA: /ˌaɪbjuːˈpɹəʊfɛn/) (from the earlier and no longer correct nomenclature iso-butyl-propanoic-phenolic acid) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) originally marketed as Brufen, and since then under various other trademarks (see tradenames section), most notably Advil and Motrin. It is used for relief of symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever, and as an analgesic, especially where there is an inflammatory component. Ibuprofen is known to have an antiplatelet effect, though it is relatively mild and short-lived when compared to that of aspirin or other more well-known antiplatelet drugs. Ibuprofen is a core medicine in the World Health Organization's "Essential Drugs List", which is a list of minimum medical needs for a basic health care system

That's probably what the doctor is refering to. He probably thinks she is taking too much Ibuprofen, it does thin your blood and can cause problems with your kidneys if you take to much of it.

They need to legalize so we all don't need to be so damn paranoid.
