300 bucks for a house payment, eh? That wouldn't rent you a small room where I live. Entry level homes start at 600K. That will buy you a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot home built in 1965. The average price in my county will be right at a million bucks a pop soon. Mobile homes in rental parks sell for $150 - 250K

I live in NYC Metro area, they have started McMansions on our block, tearing down 1100 sq ft homes and putting up 7000 sq ft homes, I got about 2 acres, was offered over 700k so far, by time teens are out of college it will be worth more then a mill, already buying retirement property 12 acres with home equity............so make a plan and work your plan, max out your 401k's early in life, it grows quickly, this company matches 50% up to 1st 13k, new Co matches 60% with 16k max

I'm here and I'm not leavin so deal with it. Maybe I didn't have a plan, but I didn't have millionaire relatives like Dragon either. I don't know the true circumstances surrounding V's success and really don't care. You elites really piss me off. you are so quick to run down anyone that hasn't "made" it. I really don't envy you arses even if you believe I do. As was said on this forum already, money doesn't buy you happiness. I have all I need, and live very comfortably, thank you very much. I don't drive ferraris and lamborginis, but I have an old 62 chevy that would beat either one of them to 140 Mph, By many many car lengths. So don't look down on me you arseholes, I'm doin just fine!! By the way, If your so smart V, why didn't you figure out that an oz per wk.@ 150-300 bucks would be approx. 600-1200 per mo. a relatively common house payment for us underpriveleged. Boy you guys sure like to pounce on the commoners. Just remember, we outnumber you guys by the thousands, class warfare is just around the corner, I'll try and avoid it unless they come for my stash, then it's on!

Medicaluser, there was no malice at all directed towards you or anyone else, for that matter, I grew up from very poor family 12 siblings, I was second from last, I look down upon no one , never have, never will. You mis interepted my words and read your own emotion into it. I'm 50 yrs old, worked 10-12 hours a day all my life, have a tight family unit.

I chose my path and did the best I knew how. I live a comfortable life and bow to no man. That is the kind of condesencion I'm talking about,"get over feeling sorry for your self", thats what you'd say to a homeless person as you handed them 5 bucks. I live in a modest home thats paid for, and frankly wouldn't want to live in the luxury home section. I know my neighbors and alls well in med ville, so stop worrying about me. The fact that you have to come on this forum and brag about your accomplishments says a lot about you. I wish you no ill only well being!

I'm not jealous, and not driven by greed enough to go make my own, so if you just gave me a few hundred K, I could feel the burn. Hell, maybe I'd even like it and go on to "succeed", you know seed money!

I'm supposing you are calling me a freeloader because I recieve social security, well, I actually paid into that for 50+ years, my retirement program you might say, I also have a pension from that "communist" organization known as the Teamsters. I resent the freeloader remark. I thought higher of you, maybe I was wrong. It seems to me your brothers should help you out a little, If I was a millionaire, I wouldn't give my brother money, unless he was destitute or something, but I'd be willing to give him a helping hand, maybe a loan, or a partnership in a business or a hook up with some of my "successful" friends, I believe it would be a good thing for "success" to have millionaire brothers.
I don't need or want my siblings money, I forge my own path in life and don't want or need their help. Congrats on your teamster pension, (never knew how old you were)you played a very important part in the working class that forged this country. Unions are not communist, I deal with union workers everyday in NYC, where unions remain strong, they are people just like me, kewl part is, I can walk off a jobsite after after bringing ice water to a bunch of union steamfitters on a hot August day and leave there and have lunch with Donald Trump at Smith and Wolinskeys Steak house.
