Must be location then. Not sure, I can go to a walmart that is around 10 miles from me and they have a couple of ar's but not handguns. I haven't seen a pistol in wally world in a long time.
I've heard that only Alaskan stores do that, but IDK for sure.

I believe it was at the same time that kmart stopped selling all guns and ammo cause they were so easy to steal is the same time walmart stopped selling handguns. For my side at least. I like academy myself, but I did buy my beretta px4 from a mom and pop store since they were the only ones who had the firearm I was looking for. still ended up paying over 600 for it though.

poke a 10' tiger shark in the nose with a spear gun and he'll leave you alone. the spare air tanks work too. just burst the regulator and they don't like it.
