Question about 12/12 flowering light cycle

So I have 3 600W lights and 2 timers(2 lights run to another outlet outside the room). The two timers are about 10-15 minutes apart, so my overall light cycle is 12hours and 20-30 minutes because one light starts 10-15 min early and the others end 10-15 min late). Is this enough of a difference to mess with the light cycle or...?

Fix your timers. You want them at consistent 12/12. They'll take a bit longer to flower at anything over 12 hours of light a day.

They've been in flower for just over 3 weeks now. They were on 12/12 but I had a circuit go out and then just had to do a quick fix, so they've been on the 12hour20minute light cycle for 2 days now. This won't cause them to hermy or anything drastic will it?

No, it's a subtle adjustment. Growers often adjust their light cycles from 12/12 to 13/11 or to 11/13 or whatever. They accomplish this change through small increments over time, like you just unintentionally did. Re-set the timers to 12/12 when you can, the sooner the better, unless there's any other stress being caused to the plants, they should be just fine without severe risk of hermieing.

Thank you. I'll get on it tomorrow once the floors dry from watering today.

Wet floors = vacancy sign for powdery mildew.
Well, it's not that wet. The whole floor isn't covered in water, just some run off. I'm in a 5x9 tent and its filled with plants and I just watered a few hours ago. Just enough that getting to my timers that are in the back of the tent will be a pain and mess moving the plants right after feeding(I have to take plants out of the tent to get the timers). They're in 3 gallon pots and I gave them all 30 plants 10 gallons of water. My humidity levels have been %30-%50, but I'm keeping a close eye for PM
