Problem w/ ordering from Dr. Chronic

Recently, I place an order but it was declined, saying my credit card information could have been wrong.
I didnt know what to put for "Start Date (Switch only)" and "Issue Number (switch only)". I have never been asked that when ordering things, so I left them blank. Usally, I am asked only for the CC number, expiration date, and the CVC code on the back.
Can anyone clue me in on how I should fill those parts of the order form out?

Also, it shouldnt be a problem that I changed my name a little on the delivery address, just as a slight precaution, right?

they wont delivery to usa anyway.

id just check ur card details and the basket details. sure there will be something stupid going on. did u have to select which card ur using from a list?

really? i thought they did deliver to the US?
yeah, im pretty positive i selected visa from the list. i can try again i suppose.

They DO deliver to the U.S. After I placed my order Doc sent me an email confirmation.

i got an email confirmation as well, but the next day, i got an email saying my credit card couldnt be charged. how recently did you order the seeds and have they arrived or has your card been charged? it was earlier this year i think they started to not sell (if thats true)

it also says on their website they only ship to places where hemp seeds are legal. does that include the U.S.? do they claim that to keep problems with the law at bay, yet still ship? almost like how adult websites says you must be 18+, but you can lie and still get in just by clicking "yes"?

If your playing around giving false or altered names you have your answer,computers pick that shit up & deny orders based on red flags to the system,sometimes even an accidental spelling error can shut your order down,ive had this happen twice ordering shit from Home Depot online with my company credit card,i mis spelled my own name (i know :dunce:) & the orders were rejected for shipping.

The DR is awesome,instead of asking on this forum hit the doc up & see what he says.

the only thing i changed was the shipping name, which hypothetically shouldnt matter and could be anyone, right? its probably a pointless precaution, since im delivering it to my neighbors apartment.

so you think it might be the debit card huh? that would make sense to me. i think i might need to use a prepaid credit card. anyone know of any companies that sell these at local stores in the US? i think i saw a commercial for a company called "green dot" on tv

I ordered from Dr. Chronic just fine....got my seeds in less than two weeks. It was about 4 months ago though so I don't know if anything has changed...

has a little visa logo on it, so i think it should. i dunno, we shall see in the morning i suppose if i get another email from the doc. i will post up. i have gone to great lengths for these seeds and really hope this goes through. i bought a $100 visa vanilla card, which is a gift card, only to read the fine print that it says "cannot be used outside the united states." what a bummer that was... so i decided to just use my own debit card and screw anonymity

Oh and BTW, I checked my online bank statement (I used a VISA debit card) and the charge went through...with a 10% discount for being a member of his forum!
How fucking cool is that.

But the downside...haven't received them yet. 15 days and counting.

you will get them....it will come in a white envelope that is marked with some other companies name on it (for discretion). I remember thinking the same thing as you..."Did they send it or not?"

You will get them....

Hey! We have had the same problem with other seed bank sites. Unfortuntately it is because the shipping name MUST MATCH the C/C name. They run it and if the names are any different it will decline. Debit cards work just fine anything with a visa logo will work anywhere visa is accepted. If you are willing to take the risk while order by using ur actual name than it will most likely work. Good Luck, hope you get your seeds.
