Sex me up, help please!

Hello friends!

This is my first grow, and would appreciate help in determining the sex
of my plants. I know I'm looking for pistils on the females and the sacs
on the males... but it seems like most of them have pistils, and I don't
want to screw this up! I included pics, so whoever can help me out,
it would be greatly appreciated. Happy smoking!

one I cant tell...two is female...three is female...four looks kinda male....five is male...six looks male, I cant tell if those are white hairs at the top of the pods though....but I think male....seven looks female....eight looks male....none of this means you dont have hermies...check the whole plant for consistency K.....

Absolutely. I determined them myself before I posted and wanted to compare answers from others. Thanks for your input! I'll be investing in a magnifying glass soon, methinks.

I would recommend getting a microscope too for when you harvest...BTW...what did you get for number one? male?

All of this belongs in a journal. And I hope sroom reped you for posting the pics, I am positive that will be helpful for a lot of folk, now we need to see the rest of the remaining plants, you know a 'face shot' a full body shot etc. You get the picture. Send Garden Knowm a Link when you post your journal, we have a 'Journal Competition' of sorts going and he is heading that one up.
Garden Knowm also show a picture of the part of the plant that appears on the stems of both male and female plants in his book Marijuana Buds For Less its on Page 20, Day 20.

one is too early to tell. two and three are females. four is too early. five, six and eight look like males, and i can't really see the preflowers on seven.

p.s the hairs you say you see on every plant aren't pistils, they are stipules that both the male and female plant grow.

I'm fairly certain #one is male, although it's sick and has gone through a bit of stress, so its entirely possible that its ended up hermie.

Thanks VV! I will get my ass in gear on a journal once I can get rid of some of these males. My space is a little crowded with eight plants under a single 400W HPS, so I'd like to get it cleared out a little before I start journaling (is that even a word? haha)... thanks for the support.

if you get a hermie you can cut the male branches off at first sight and sometimes it will stay female for you...I just harvested a plant that I did this to. turned out great and no seeds ....and if they turn out full male then make some hash with em
