first pollen chuck! PURPLE diesel x FOOKIES

so yeah, i have a small cfl setup and i want to make my own seed stock for future grows, i was recently given the chance to take home a Purple Diesel clone that i saw in flowering and was amazed by!! the nugs were dense AF and frosty as hell!! for some reason i didnt take any pics but you will see this clone flower (seeded hopefully) and how dank it is! i got some Fookies aka Fortune cookies awhile back and found about 10 seeds in one of the nugs, it was fantastic herb not very similar to the real GSC but very dank, i popped a seed last grow it ended up being a male but it was stout amazing structure with huge indica leaves...so i get the purple D home decide im going to make seeds to preserve her fiery-ness! popped five beans, one got destroyed by my girlfriend, now four fookies, hoping for at least one male, if i get a male and female i will make f2fookies as well...im gonna get some pics up real soon!!!

this is the FOOKIES(bottom) under some real GSC, as you can see although not quite cookies, still fire! this will be the male assuming i get 1 our of 4 seeds.

this is the fookies that ended up being male and getting killed last grow, ive noticed this strain stays nice and stout even in lower light conditions as a seedling and every seed i tried to pop so far popped and quite vigorously!!

here is the Purple Diesel!! in all her glory! i saw some clones of this and out of all the strains in the room the PD was easily the most early ripening strain it was around 50 days of 12/12 if i am not mistaken and it looked DONE, super purple in a warm room, the frostiest strain in the room only strain that was on the PD's level was the raskal OG( i have a macro...) the growers i rescued this strain from are not your average growers...they dont smoke weed for starters, all for profit, they dont now shit about growing, they ALWAYS have spider mites or gnats or sometihng!!! i wish i would have taken more pics to show you guys how infested this room was, and every plant severely over-watered, next time i wont forget to take alot of photos but i have a couple

the only picture of the room, with two macros of the raskal OG....seeing the PD was one of only plants still thriving despite the pests and over watering i knew it was a keeper and when they gave me a clone to take home i knew i was making seeds,,i wasnt going to do another all CFL grow, i live in a TINY spot so i have to upgrade my living space before i can get down with some HPS, but i got the clone and had beans to look for a male sooooooo we are here!!!! i am letting my seedlings get bigger before i flip to 12/12....the clone must have came from a dispensary somewhere in central CA, as that is where i picked it up, im not positive on genetics but it looked to be a very purple pheno of this alleged purple diesel (purple kush x sour D)??? purple urkel x NYCD??? it looks like a straight up purple kush as you guys shall see in flowering

is that ur grow? what u got 3 hps and 3 mh? u should mix the spectrum a lil more instead of all on one side... also why are you growing ur plants tall has fuck? you could prolly get the same if not more yield from a third of the number of plants but just tied down topped and lst'ed ..... still nice ggrow bro

that room is not mine!! read my posts!...i have a tiny ass cfl grow, the room is the persons who i got the clone from, and they are terribly growers im pretty sure its their 1st or 2nd im trying to help them, the lights are 2 hps 1000watts, and two t5s and i also told them to mix the spectrum

i know, you should see it up close!! bugs everywhere and stagnant water in the flood trays..i might actually see it again tomorrow, they might have harvested ill get more pics this time!

DUDE me too!! just wait till you see the resin and color on this bitch!!, and hopefully i get male and female Fookies so i can make some F2s...any idea how big i should let the seedlings before i flip?? i know the PD will mature quick since its a clone and i dont want to fookies to take their time to drop pollen and miss the optimum window to pollinate!??!

Itl be beautiful! Im not actually sure when you'd want to flip bro, maybe just get them to a reasonable medium size and flip em. It shouldn't take much pollen to pollinate the whole plant

NEW PICS!!!! this PD just keeps impressing me everyday such short node spacing, thick ass stems, really fast growth even in my low light levels(under 200 watts) ive been having alot of fun topping this one ive got like a 3 way semi mainline going on starting with 3 nodes instead of 2 and im not tying her down just a little lst...the fookie seedlings are coming along slowly but surely, they pretty much all look different hopefully ill have a male!!! i am trying to root a cutting of the PD in a water bottle!!!

sooo i think is about that time....i changed the lights to 12/12 tonight!! i couldnt wait any longer!!! the water bottle clone was showing a BUNCH of little white spots all down the stem (roots!!) so threw it in i a solo cup full of FFOF, speaking of Ocean Forrest people always say its to hot for seedlings which is not always the case, ive only used FFOF for seedlings and always had success but the fookies dont like it!! the bottom leaves on all seedlings show signs of nute burn i tthink???!!?!

ive actually been battling some mites that came with the PD, i thought they were gone but i checked today and saw a few what i thought were mites and what looked to be larva or eggs..i sprayed hey down again with my homemade mite spray today and lolipopped the crap out of her as it was mostly the lower growth that was affected, hopefully they are all dead
