Plants are SICK!!!! HELP!!!!

I have two plants growing right now that are 3.5 weeks they started out strong but in the last 5 days the leaves have started to droop, turn brown, curl at the end and dry out. my soil is damp, the light isnt too close..i dont know whats goin on. i would post pics but my computer doesnt accept my cam for whatever reason..if anyone has any idea whats goin on with my plants please let me know before they die.

Do you ph your water? Add nutes? Start at 1/4 recommended strength.
