I walk 5 miles a day with my hubby. The Dr says it has saved him it works.

49% of americans get their insurance from employers
13% thru Medicare
17% thru medicaid
That leaves 21% who either dont have insurance or self insure

So it is that 21% who obamacare is designed to help.
If those 21% benefit from Obamacare. Do you think they will vote republican?

Republicans never worried about Obamacare failing
They worry about Obamacare Succeeding.

the small fine year 1 is a slap on the wrist to get people to understand..it's merely an attention getting technique..nothing to do with math..

example: did you see the outcry when the junk policies got cancelled?..the fine must be small in the begining so they can say you were warned for subsequent years..noone will be able to say they weren't aware.

Were you this bitter when you were young?

Growing up, my aunt was one of my favorite relatives, when she became middle aged she transformed into a super bitch.
She left my uncle, bought a new corvette and started acting like she was in her twenties!
Later on, I found out it was because of her mid-life crisis, I guess she couldn't handle the fact she was a middle aged woman.

No offense, just curious.

I guess not. I cant find the requirement. but you can get around having auto insurance if you post a 250k bond with the state. I dont know many people who have 250k laying around to get off paying for auto insurance
