How old? They look pretty good.

Just an observation but it looks like you have 3 different soil mixes.

Soil in first pot looks like it's staying too wet, you don't want to keep it so wet that you can see the green fungus stuff growing on the surface like you can in pic 1. That said, plant looks OK, depending on age. Good Luck

soil in pot 1 is coco perlite thats why is so wet yes the fungus i have to eliminate an thanks for the comment
