Being followed & being pulled over for speeding are 2 entirely different things.

In your post you said "if a cop trys to pull you over even if your drunk calmly walk in your house & there is nothing they can do",this is not true & if you ever try it you'll find out the hard way just how fast they'll be in your house with shotguns in everybodies face.

You need to be exact when your giving reccomendations about the police or laws concerning personal rights,the police & prosecuters are always exact & know exactly what they are allowed to do in any & all circumstances.

Telling people that if they get pulled over to just walk in their home & they are safe is not correct & can get somebody hurt,and yes cops are dicks everywhere you've just not had the misfortune to find that out yet.

just always be nice, and try to only break one law at a time. I never understand why some dude carrying a huge brick is going to go twenty over the speed limit.

Whats sad is that cops are allowed by law to lie to you during the course of an investigation. And the courts find nothing wrong with it ... BUT IF YOU LIE TO A COP .. WELL then all the shit hits the fan. more charges' what a crock shit......

That's exactly what Professor Duane said.

Here's part two of this class. It's a response from a police officer to the Professor's remarks. In short, the cop said everything the professor said was right.
