got these spots on this leaf and 1 more. Anyone know what it is and how to deal with it?

This photo is of my sweet skunk auto (1st ever grow) day 9 I think it's a 9L airpot Using biobizz all mix but i put a small pots worth of biobizz light mix where I planted the seed so it wasn't too hot for seedling. I've top dressed the soil with clay pebbles to support the stem just incase...
