sundae driver

Hi, Harvested way too early on my first grow and want to make sure I don't do that again. I still see clear trichomes but now several nugs have amber. Is this a good time to harvest if I don't want couch lock? Pics are of Sundae Driver(purple) and Banana OG. How much longer if I did want it...
