seedling germination

Hi there just need some advice, growing in living soil organic, popped auto flowers but one looks strange and not growing fast as others will this seedling pull threw? Thanks for any advice

Seedling has sprouted, and has not grown for three days. It's a pity that because of the sog method, I no longer have time to replace this seed. Who knows if there is hope that it will start to grow? Is there anything I can do to help this seed?
