What do you think? In a 3 *3 bloom room; 4 plants 6-8 colas in 5 gal smart pots vs 9 in 3 gal grow bags with 1- 3 colas or single cola. Wich will produce more if vegged for 8-10 or 12 weeks. Wich is better? Why? Keep in mind no plant limits. But space limited to 3*3 and under 5*3 I will try...

I have a question about how many plants I am allowed. I have heard conflicting information. I believe I am allowed to have 12 plants in total. Can I have all 12 in flower or am I only allowed 6 veg 6 flower? Do seedlings and clones count as part of the 12? Thanks for any input.
