ph water

So just a quick question. Last night I mixed 70/30 RO water with tap water to get 150ppm Mixed in Aloe Vera flakes in (1/8th tsp) PH down to hit 6.1 today that simple water mixture is at 7.0 on the nose? What the hell happen? I thought tap water can raise but now I’m worried every feeding I do...

Is it OK to add water that has PH down in it into my humidifiers? I don't plan to PH my humidifier water, but I would like to dump the remaining amount from my watering can into the humidifier whenever I am done watering with plain water.

I premixed my nutrient and regular pH'd water in gallon jugs. I go to water this evening and an awful smell is coming from the pre pH'd water jug.. Is this water ok to use? What causes this? I'm curious
