ozi tonic as my part a and b nutrient

I am currently at this stage I was planning on changing up the lighting a few days ago from the leds to a t5 to speed up the germination tho I have left things the way they are within 4 days of planting my seeds I am at this stage, as you can see it is an absolute jungle in there I'm worried...
