orange new leaves

I’m growing in coco/perlite mix. The problem is occurring in my veg tent. The new growth is doing some weird stuff. It started with one plant and seems to be spreading. Pics will be below. Environment is 75 degrees 60-65%rh. Fans are moving air around. Feeding with veg plus bloom at 600 ppms...
