lighting autoflower

Okay guys. I’ve tried about everything to keep my grow tent at a consistent temperature. From heating the garage with a space heater, putting the space heater in the tent, turning my intake exhaust fan off every few hours to warm things back up but nothing seemed to work... UNTIL I had an idea...

So I have 2 Spider Farmer SF2000 lights in my 4x3 grow room. Both of them have a dimmer control on the driver. What is the point? I currently have 2 auto seedlings popped up and I have both lights 18inches above the plants with full power. They are doing great. No light burn, no discolored...

i get great window light in my apartment, however i am a month deep into my growing, ive been using a 500w led in my house but its not enough, my plants are tiny for being 4 weeks. Is there a way to transition them to using my window light? obvi not put them under direct light at first to avoid...
