leaf mutation

hi, leaves on my new plant are fused into one leaf. what can i do with it, so plant could grow further?

I am growing dwc and i noticed this just now while trimming. I have never seen this and can't find anything about it searching Google just now, if anyone could give me some insight it would be much appreciated! What is it called? Does it harm the plant? What causes it, and is it preventable?

Hey guys, so I started my first grow a little over 2 weeks ago and everything seems to be going fine, although I feel like some of the leaves are showing odd shapes and strange edges, does this look like anything to anyone? thanks in advance!
