growth issue

So newer grower not complete noob but I’m just looking for some input about slow growth start I seem to find the same thing great success and all round bomb flower in the end but seems all my plants have a very slow start till about 6 weeks or so, they have some real growth these are my plants...

What’s up fam just wanted to ask y’all about these mother plants I’ve got veggin I’ve germinated at the same time and topped them the same time but for some reason my gsc didn’t grow as tall and there’s a significant less amount of roots on the shorter one. They both get the same treatment...

My plant is flowering but hasn’t really grown much recently. Did I stunt the growth? Am I overwatering? Or fertilizing improperly? Not sure what happened and/or if I can fix the problem but hoping so! Thanks in advance!
