folding leaves

Is it too late to transplant into fox farm I just bought for my newly germinated seeds? Asking about this plant in the pics. Soil is a MG yellow bag, Leaves about starting to fold like tacos. Got to much light today. I'm going to just water in and put to sleep.

Hey, not sure what this could be, this plant (GG4) has been folding leaves for its whole grow and growing abnormally for the last 8 days or so. I've tried everything I could think of, there was seemingly a salt buildup so I gave her a flush yesterday then fed immediately after, and the problem...
