dying off leaves

5 days ago I transplanted two mother plants from plastic container to cloth pots, add some garden soil and miracle grow solution. Watered each plan and plants are outside. The temperature changed going from 68 to 55 with some wind. Soil ph alkaline but pre and post changing to cloth pot. But...

I'm not sure what's going on with my plant but it seems to be dying. All the bottom leaves are brown and dead, the middle portion is yellow and dying, and the top portion is sort of green. All the leaves have brown curled tips. This is my first grow any help would be appreciated.
